South Padre Island is a 34-mile long tropical island. Some activities include water-skiing, waverunning, sailing, scuba-diving, fishing, dolphin watches, windsurfing and swimming to name a few.
Local attractions in the area include Nature Trails, Historic Lighthouse and Museum, Schlitterbahn Water Park and an 18-hole Championship Golf Course.
Mexico is just 25 short miles by land. Matamoros, MX is a strategic point on the Mexican- American border and receives thousands of visitors each year. Matamoros possesses several unique tourist attractions, all full of history and beauty.
